EA Worldwide Acquisitions report leadership quality assist in small business schemes

EA Worldwide Acquisitions has recently conducted a survey of 100 employees, contractors and directors of eighteen sales businesses in the UK between March to June 2012 in regards to small business schemes benefiting from the quality of leadership

EA Worldwide Acquisitions are well known for their successes as the leading outsourced sales company due to it’s speed to the market (within eight weeks, the new client  will progress from the pilot phase to full capacity due to EA Worldwide Acquisitions already having a department in place to undertake the task); cost effectiveness and professional attitude; they employ the face to face approach via business to business or business to consumer.

According to Dennison, that “if an organisation possess a strong culture by exhibiting a well integrated and effective set of specific values, beliefs and behaviour patterns, that it will perform at a higher level of productivity.” (1984) For organisational success to be achieved, the leader must be adaptive, and flexible and better communications, superior decision making and negotiating skills must be developed. Great leaders equal great results

EA Worldwide Acquisitions revealed that 89% of company directors believed that leadership was the biggest contributor to business growth in 2011 and 72% of employees and contractors trading with the sales firm agreed with this statement. The survey further revealed that 74% reckoned that open communications channels led to more innovative marketing campaigns and 63% agreed that more sales incentives would generate higher levels of engagement.

Josh Cote, Managing Director of EA Worldwide Acquisitions discussed the crucial findings; “in todays economy, there a number of factors that contribute to the survival of a business. First and foremost, a niche product or innovative idea is needed. Something that I have noticed through my mentoring of young entrepreneurs is that many people have great visions of how they see their business operating. However, unfortunately an area that is often lacking, is the ability to execute a plan to achieve that vision. Leadership in business is essential; the aptitude to exercise good judgement when making decisions; being able to adapt with change in economic conditions and having a great ability to connect with people in order to communicate the businesses’ vision. This will undeniably lead to success.”

Josh Cote himself is dedicated to fostering the greater education of entrepreneurship, business development and opportunities for individual development and growth. EA Worldwide Acquisitions is living proof that leadership does indeed make a difference. Great leaders equal great results
