David Cameron has received support from EA Worldwide for his plans to allow budding entrepreneurs to utilise empty, or partly-used, Government office space. They are seeking to make 300 locations available at a generous rate on a short-term basis to ease the burden start-up businesses are facing due to a lack of available business finance. They are hoping that this move will provide the UK economy with a boost as well as an injection of cash to the Treasury finances.EA Worldwide are a sales company who make customer acquisitions available to UK and European brands. Managing director, Josh Cote, is a mentor to a number of young entrepreneurs in Britain and is confident that this move will provide a sense of confidence to individuals who start out with only a short supply of capital and are finding that business finance is hard to come by.
“Subsidised office space would give many entrepreneurs an incredible start to launching their business. Renting space when you’re starting a new business can be tough, deposits can be ridiculously high and fronting the money can take a huge toll on the new business finance. Here at EA Worldwide we have expanded into many cities so I am very aware of the cost involved, it’s great to hear the UK Government are finding ways to encourage budding entrepreneurs to take the leap and get started”.
The Government are working on a further initiative called “Business in You”, which will help people start or develop businesses. EA Worldwide are confident that such schemes will provide the encouragement to entrepreneurs necessary for the economy to recover quickly.
