Managing Director of EA Worldwide Acquisitions, Josh Cote, attended the Clay Pigeon Shoot at Down Hall – Country House Hotel in Hatfield Heath last week. The corporate event was a fantastic opportunity to network with other business owners in the UK and Ireland.
On Thursday, 17 July 2014 Josh Cote attended the Clay Pigeon Shoot corporate event. The venue for this corporate get-together was the Down Hall – Country House Hotel in Hatfield Heath, near Bishop’s Stortford on the Hertfordshire and Essex border, only 45 minutes away from Central London. “This is an amazing venue”, says Josh Cote of EA Worldwide Acquisitions. “It is absolutely beautiful out there and it has been great to participate in a fun activity with business partners”, continues Josh Cote. The event was arranged to create networking opportunities with business owners from the direct marketing industry within the UK and Ireland.
The Down Hall – Country House Hotel is described as the perfect location for such an event. It is dating back to 1322 and offers 110 acres of surrounding woodland, parkland and landscaped gardens. The full-day event includes several activities, including shooting, and is followed by some Afternoon Tea and the announcement of the winners of the shooting competition. “The entire event was very well organised”, says Josh Cote of EA Worldwide Acquisitions. “It was really nice to meet outside the offices and have fun by combining networking with some great activities”, adds Josh Cote. Finally, the event was completed by all participants in the Grill Room Restaurant for dinner.
Networking is one of the best techniques to build long-lasting business relationships. Josh Cote, an experience entrepreneur and MD of EA Worldwide Acquisitions, says: “Networking helped me to find some of my mentors. I would not have become successful without those business relationships.” Nowadays, Josh Cote is surrounded my young entrepreneurs who would like his advice on how they can keep up with the competition and run a successful business. “The benefits of networking are often underestimated. Having attended the Clay Pigeon Shoot Event, I am glad that many entrepreneurs recognise that they create future opportunities by networking with like-minded people today”, explains Josh Cote.
